Alternatively, sometimes the big things stare us in the face and can make us feel overwhelmed. We can help you accomplish your tasks efficiently so that you can have more time and energy to enjoy your life, hobbies, or family. We can also help you with big projects, such as an estate sale, that may seem daunting. Our goal is to understand our client so that we can find the best system for you to feel less cluttered, overwhelmed or frustrated and more organized, in control and stress-free! We are based in the San Francisco-Bay Area, but work locally and nationally, especially in Houston and New York City. HOME ORGANIZATION - Assist with planning, packing, and moving for travel or relocation - Clear clutter - Create functional storage and labeling solutions that work with the way you think - Develop processes for document control - bills, photos, and other important paperwork - Help sort items into "Keep, Donate, Dispose" and get items to appropriate location - Set up, re-evaluate, and maintain home office spaces and systems OFFICE ORGANIZATION - Assist with planning and packing for office move - Consultation on best practices for productivity and time, task, and space management - Develop processes and protocols for organization that are easy to implement and maintain for all employees and environments - Set up, re-evaluate, and update electronic and paper filing systems so that they work for you, not against you ESTATE ORGANIZATION - Catalog, sort, and organize estate for distribution or sale - Facilitate conversation with important individuals on how to manage estate and ensure loved one's wishes are honored - Work with attorneys or trustees to ensure documents and items are properly organized for next steps in legal process
