The OverDrive Group helps media organizations grow new partner and sponsorship conversations without increasing headcount or asking sales teams to do more cold calling. We work with TV stations, radio stations, out-of-home operators, and sports teams that sell advertising and partnership-based revenue. Today, we are actively running partner engagement programs across all of these categories in multiple U.S. markets. Most media sales teams face the same constraint: reps are responsible for managing existing accounts while also being expected to consistently open new business. That tension limits growth.
