The Policy Tank (TPT) is India’s pioneering non-profit think tank dedicated to bridging the gap between citizens, government, and academia. Our mission is to empower youth, women, and underrepresented communities, creating pathways for informed and effective policy decisions that drive inclusion and justice. What We Do: At TPT, we bring citizens into policy-making through research, education, and advocacy. By enhancing public understanding of policy processes and equipping individuals with tools like the Right to Information (RTI) Act, we foster accountability and civic participation. From workshops and panel discussions to publications and strategic communication, we empower communities to engage meaningfully in governance. Guided by the Philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam ("The World Is One Family"), we believe in sustainable solutions that transcend borders and bring together diverse stakeholders.
