We are a women-owned coaching and consulting practice that provides experiences, programs and services to explore identity, restore intention and improve organizational health, team effectiveness and individual well-being. We address the human issues that cause challenges in the workplace and beyond by taking individuals and organizations through a restoration process.(Re)build connection: to self, others and something greater; Restore intention: explore and define identity, vision, intention, and meaning, then build a plan and Inspire action: establish new practices, systems, rituals and routines.
