Sharon Hamersley, Resume Coach, has over 20 years’ experience helping individuals of all ages make a satisfying career decision or change. Her clients include: College students seeking to land that first job. Experienced professionals and managers in career transition. Career changers. Individuals returning to the workforce after time off for care giving. “Seniors” who want to be actively working, either part-time or full-time. Sharon believes that job search or career change is not an event, but a process. She works cooperatively with her clients to help them identify their skills, accomplishments, and values, and build their self-confidence. Each client is provided with a Job Search Toolkit that empowers them to take charge of their own process and conduct a 21st century job search.
