The sweet or the "sugar" in life is what we all strive to receive. It's the good, the rewards, the achievements we seek to live the best life possible. Sometimes we realize we have not been equipped with the best tools to achieve all the sugar life has to offer. I specialize in processes such as Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Confidence, and Emotional Intelligence. I am not a therapist and will be explaining the difference between a coach and a therapist in a coming blog post. I have extensive experience with public safety professionals as well as their families.
