Ron Chapman created The Training Coach after realizing that may of his clients were professional speakers authors, coaches and consultants who all faced a similar challenge. They were being asked to provide training but lacked the experience to do so well. His 20 plus years of experience in creating, delivering, and selling training provided him with the skills to help others build successful training and make money doing so.
