The Transformation Society

The Transformation Society is a training and consulting group based in Prades, France and Barcelona, Spain, founded by Ray Gallon and Neus Lorenzo. We work with educators, corporate executives, NGO managers and other society leaders to discover how to adapt, as people, and as organisations, to a world that is changing ever more rapidly, and that presents more uncertainty than we have ever known in human history. We have a humanist orientation, a problem-solving ethos, and we encourage collaborative projects throughout the world. We are a for-profit organisation with a social orientation. We do what we do because we want to contribute to making a better world, in line with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN Agenda for 2030. We work in a variety of ways, on line or in person. Our strength is the special synergy of the two founders - with each other, and with each of our clients. We have helped organisations from Europe to India to New Zealand. We partner with experts who bring a complementary vision to our work, and we would love to collaborate with you and fulfill your own vision.
