The Vibrant Hive was created when Monica developed The Vibrant Hive Method of Communication, a self-coaching coherence model that aligns mastery of relationships and communication with the steps a bee takes to create a thriving hive. This makes a sometimes tricky topic easier to understand and implement. The vibrant Hive Method equips people with the skills needed to communicate more effectively and improve all relationships in their lives, beginning with their relationship with themselves. Monica's mission is to encourage awareness, inquiry, and improved communication to create a unified whole where everyone knows they are essential to the health and well-being of the hive, whether it's their family, a team, or a group they belong to.
