If we have a new employee firstly we will give him ground experience then we will allow him to manage sales. Companies have big and long terms and conditions which include every possible way for them to be in safe and secure side, so they take a huge advantage of that and clients suffer a lot because of that. We are not criticizing every company exceptions are always their, but this is the harsh reality of the industry in today's world, their main work is too provide services to clients not to scam them.
