The Win-Dow

Opened in 2019, The Win~Dow began as a corner hangout spot for the Rose Avenue Community, bringing together all types of people over one delicious burger. Open 7 days a week, The Win~Dow brings old and new school together by offering something for everyone, including fried chicken sandwiches, an $8 Grain Bowl, the famous $4.25 cheeseburger and its tough-to-tell-apart vegetarian cousin – the Beauty Burger. While the original location is attached to American Beauty Steakhouse, The Win~Dow expanded in 2021 to Los Angeles’s east side with their opening in Silver Lake. At the end of 2023 we opened a location in Long Beach. We aim to be an employer of choice and offer our team benefits, a 401k after one year, a dining discount program, and guided and achievable paths for career growth and professional development.
