The Workforce Collaborative

The Workforce Collaborative(TWC) collaborates with a wide variety of stakeholders(employers, community colleges, organized labor and community-based organizations) to bundle and sequence services that moves individuals toward sustainable careers in specific industry sectors. Career developments involves three major areas: 1.Core academic skills, and the ability to apply those skills in concrete situations as they relate to the workplace and home. 2.Employability skills, particularly critical thinking and workplace norms. 3.Technical, job-specific skills related to a specific career pathway.
