The Workforce Planning Institute

The Workforce Planning Institute exists to support collaboration, foster innovation and develop workforce planning capability across the public, private, government and not for profit sectors worldwide. As well as serving as a body of knowledge and forum for sharing ideas, thoughts and information, the institute offers a range of public and private training courses. Courses include: • Workforce Analytics for Workforce Planning – Fundamentals • Strategic Workforce Planning by deliberatedge • Enterprise Capability Mapping Further information in relation to training courses can be found here. Finally, the Workforce Planning Institute offers review and audit services relating to strategic workforce plans, planning processes and training programs. Members can arrange to have their strategic workforce plan recognised by the institute through our global auditing program. Plans are then approved to display the WPI logo for the life of the plan.
