Bennett Taylor (d/b/a Think Track) provides a series of interconnected employment-related books that offer valuable insight into enhancing an employer's recruitment, performance management, and coaching initiatives and provide guidance to individuals on career management and job searches. Our primary market is small to mid-size organizations and business leaders who want to significantly improve their ability to achieve goals by more effectively aligning employer and employee perspectives, perceptions and expectations. The five guidebooks include Measuring Job Satisfaction - Career Decision Making; Patterns of Decision - 3-D Thinking and Job Satisfaction; Exploring Employment Elements - A guide to Assessing Your Employment Value; Career Power - A Guide to Aligning Career Goals with Employer Expectations and Stop Hiring Mistakes - A Guide to Making Better Choices. Bennett created the Think Track Model, an easy-to-use strategic framework that embodies systems thinking and problem-solving methods based on practical experience and knowledge. The model reduces complex issues into more simplified and manageable elements. It serves as an effective and organized way to integrate a large amount of data and accelerates the speed at which data can be examined and understood. The TTM stimulates introspection and fosters focused and meaningful dialogue. It greatly increases the ability of individuals and teams to clarify expectations, fine-tune perspectives, balance rational and emotional thinking, explore viable options and monitor results.
