Born as a collaboration between a farmer and an artist-turned-cidermaker, Thistly Cross has grown to become Scotland's leading cider producer making a range of Traditional and Real Fruit Ciders on our Fruit Farm in Dunbar, East Lothian. Thistly Cross specializes in handmade ciders from good quality local fruit, slow fermented and long matured for a clean, crisp natural flavour. Thistly Cross ciders are now widely distributed throughout the UK in BIB, Bottle and Keg, and internationally to more than 15 different countries, including more than 40 American States. Thistly invests in good quality ingredients and time spent making cider properly, to create a portfolio of award winning ciders with international appeal.
