I interviewed, hired, and led individuals for almost thirty years, from interns to seasoned professionals. As an engineer and leader in a Fortune 50 company, I coached my direct reports and others on career development plans and helped coordinate and explore options for their subsequent assignments. Since retiring, I became a certified Career and Leadership Coach to focus on my favorite aspect of that rewarding career. I love seeing my clients succeed!
