Our founder, Haley, understood the fear, confusion, and overwhelm business owners faced when their teams scattered and HR demands intensified overnight. With nearly a decade of HR leadership and compliance experience—spanning onboarding, acquisitions, employee relations, and organizational change—Haley saw the writing on the wall: small and mid-sized businesses needed real support, not just policies on paper.
