Founded in 2016 by Katheryn Gronauer (PCC level Leadership Coach), Thrive Tokyo is a boutique leadership skills training/coaching company for global professionals. We specialize in helping leaders prepare and integrate into new roles, whether they are a first time manager, a seasoned leader entering a new challenge, or a global professional new to living and working in Japan. Our goal is to alleviate the administrative headache for companies to organize effective and timely training for their talent by conducting ready-made programs at our office in Meijijingumae.
