With 23+ years of experience in humanitarian aid and public health nutritionist, I am now a dedicated career and well-being coach for Women in Humanitarian Aid and International Development. I founded Thrive at Work & Beyond to support women as possible design and grow a career they love with clarity, confidence and balance. At Thrive @ Work & Beyond, we are on a mission to empower as many women as possible do more of what they love, show up at their best, and deliver results while nurturing their lives. We are doing that through the power of communIty and coaching. As a CPCC-certified coach, a holistic wellness coach, and ICF accredited (ACC), I empower women to step beyond their comfort zone, cultivate a positive mindset, and explore their possibilities with curiosity, and courage.
