Our family-owned organic winery produces high quality Assisi DOC, of which we are the founders, and Umbria IGT wines. All this in an organic and sustainable way without the use of chemicals, investing and experimenting with new technologies and reducing all CO2-producing activities. For us it is very important to respect and protect our Earth in our small way but also the health of our consumers. How do we do it- Manual interventions such as pruning, hoeing, spring sorting and harvesting only by hand- No treatment with herbicides, pesticides or other synthetic chemicals, but only with copper and sulfur, and also experimenting to reduce the use of these two minerals through new natural extracts, treatment machinery and weather stations- Photovoltaic panels for electricity production-Investing and experimenting with new technologies to create the best and natural product using only physical processes and not adding chemicals- Not using metabisulfite or sulfite powder or similar chemicals, but using only sulfur dioxide to a much lesser extent than is allowed with the law. In this form, when pouring the wine into the glass, 90 percent of the sulfur dioxide evaporated unlike metabisulfite, thus allowing the wine to be enjoyed without any side effects- We bottle our wines only with recycled glass bottles and natural cork, so no screw cap or white glass bottles with non-recycled glass- Following strict regulations on organic and DOC certification to ensure the absolute naturalness and traceability of our products.
