TLJ Consulting provides on-site professional development workshops, modeling, and coaching sessions designed and individualized to the specific needs of districts, schools, and teachers. Based upon a needs assessment, customized training will be framed to optimize teacher effectiveness as well as student achievement. With the increased emphasis on intervention and differentiation, Tammy believes a realistic and practical approach are needed to support teachers as they are challenged to meet the needs of their diverse populations of students. TLJ Trainers employ various approaches as they model effective instructional methods making many of the abstract reasoning processes of teaching and learning concrete for educational audiences. On-line support is offered via eTrainings and online courses.
