What Makes My Coaching Unique: 1) Using Energy Leadership Index assessment, I help the clients see their actual (under stress) and ideal (no stress) energy leadership profiles, which show the need to shift or moderate the way they lead selves and others to improve personal, professional, and even organizational performance and achieve desired goals. 2) Using Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator, I inform clients, rather than put them in predetermined boxes, about the structure of their leader-hero archetype so they could increase self-awareness about the uniqueness of their journey and respond to a variety of situations appropriately to arrive at win-win solutions. 3) When clients want to tap into their creative powers to bring innovative solutions or work to produce a piece of art, I use the Dream Opening technique to explore the hidden paths of the subconscious mind and bring them to consciousness and get unstuck. 4) The strongest distinction of my coaching style is the ability to apply my skills of intuitive listening, which allows me to read between the lines of stories and issues my clients share.
