As you would expect, the service is specifically tailored to individual client's needs - both in terms of the level of support required, and the time that is likely to be required on a regular basis each month. Advice to the client on HR issues in relation to the strategic and operational development of the business developing and implementing for example; an effective performance management system monitoring, developing and implementing the necessary HR and employment policies or practices to enable the organisation to function effectively coaching and supporting managers in their leadership role; Advising the client as required on complex or sensitive cases that require specialist Employment Law expertise, including disciplinary, grievance and redundancy cases; Providing support to staff on HR issues; providing individual counselling as required.
