Totem Pd Is Optimistic Teaming

Kids. Educators. Smiles. Laughter. Learning. We facilitate engaging trainings and design creative content to help kids succeed. We genuinely care about every kid. The sad ones. The angry ones. The falling-between-the- cracks ones. Before we were trainers, speakers and authors, we were dads. Dads with kids in school. We create trainings for the folks we trust with our own kids. They mean so much and we know it. We want educators to be safe and liability-free so they can focus on the student. We’ve also been on the other end of our fair share of “trainings”. Guess what? It’s not 1984 anymore! Kids, culture and technology have evolved and it’s time educational PD catches up. “Training” should not be synonymous with “torture”.
