We founded Trailer Studios on the idea that effective education must do more than inform. It must engage. Today, that means connecting with students on the phones, tablets, and monitors that constantly vie for their attention. Additionally, teachers are overworked and under-resourced–causing them to look for new educational solutions in an asynchronous learning environment. Trailer Studios combines the power of educational experts, Hollywood talent, and award-winning filmmakers from around the world to create stories that champion diverse and underrepresented voices. We support teachers with a supplementary instructional tool that differentiates learning by using original, animated stories (visual and auditory), movie posters (visual), songs (auditory), and related written content all within a gamified learning environment built to empower learners. Our unique creative resources provide us with the unique opportunity to build an inclusive, diverse, and entertaining educational ecosystem that is focused on eradicating gaps in educational attainment.
