All our session starts with a one-one narrative session where our professionals understand what you are going through and chart a therapy which best suits your needs involving one or multiple methods. There is an interim period after every session where our professionals teach a few tips to practice. Feedback about how everything turned out in the interim period is collected and then the next course of action is planned. In the beginning, the sessions will be frequent and have our therapist actively assisting you with various methods and as the sessions progress your transition is observed, and the frequency of the sessions is reduced until you will not need one.
