After 30 years of service at SABMiller, I gained extensive experience in the fields of corporate management, corporate human resource management, corporate operations, sales and marketing, corporate training, the implementation of HR policies and procedures as well as the development and creation of organisational structures and learning through coaching and mentorship processes. I have completed numerous specialist training programmes on a host of management and human resources topics and is an experienced facilitator on several training programmes. I studied at Unisa, the University of Pretoria, University of Technology in Sydney, Australia and Witwatersrand University Business School. Gerhard Steenekamp - 082 313 5121 Hi, I’m Gerhard Daily I provide pro-active support to companies to ensure a harmonious working environment between the employer and its employees and to ensure legal compliance. My operations include Conducting Labour Audits, formulating workplace policies and documents, collective bargaining, strike management, chairing of all hearings and enquiries, performance counseling, assistance and management of retrenchments and assistance in litigation, conciliations and arbitrations. My journey in Industrial Relations started in 2006. From 2013 onwards in my consulting experience, the need was and will always be there for small, medium and corporate companies to partner with us to manage there people risks on their behalf due to our complexed Employment Laws. I have completed qualifications in Human Resources and Labour Law.
