With a mission to drive positive organizational and institutional change, True North EDI is a Black-owned professional development and consulting firm that operates within the diversity, equity, and inclusion space. We walk side by side with organizations, institutions, and companies, fostering meaningful and lasting change surrounding how identity, history, and power intersect and impact our lives. Through strategic coaching and consulting, our principles of practice support professional communities as they develop policies and cultures to help historically marginalized communities thrive.
