As a team coach, I support improving team performance through systems thinking approaches that address the elements (leaders and members), the interconnections (communications, processes, and relationships), and the purpose or function of the team(s). In addition, my background in aerospace engineering, serving both as a U.S. Air Force officer and a senior leader on large weapon systems development programs, has given me an extensive foundation in leadership, program management, and team development. I enjoy working with creative people to address their team dynamics, accountability issues, and conflict management.
