In 1989-1995 post-degree, he trained as a commercial property analyst and valuer in Auckland with leading firms: Jones Lang La Salle (JLL), and Darroch & Co. Following the 1987 crash, Pat Turley worked in Auckland CBD and urban-rural property advisory, and agency.
