Tuzzle has an innovative assessment technology that measures what level of senior leadership a person is ready for, as well as their likely career trajectory. We measure what is called Capability to Handle Complexity (CHC) during a 30 minute interview-assessment where we analyze unconscious patterns of perception that emerge when a person thinks out loud about issues facing society. Each time a person makes a transition from one stage of CHC to the next they will naturally be ready to take on bigger, more complex work. We can help you develop your people, plan for succession (without bias!) and hire the right candidate.
