Initially established private practice when our principal was on a hiatus from government service (1998-2003) and developed client relationships across the State of Michigan and nationwide. Legal services focused on labor/employment law including mediations and arbitrations while HR consultations primarily addressed policies, workforce analyses, investigations, and creating/revising affirmative action plans for covered contractors.
