Our Idea: Many businesses’s struggle finding the right person for a job be it on a temporary or permanent basis without having to pay a big recruitment bill. So we built a new type of recruitment agency tailored for self managing clients, after all nobody knows your business better than you. What’s different about us? Our clients get involved in the recruitment process doing some of the work themselves, after we filter the best matching candidates they will interview, select, negotiate terms directly. In return we advertise their jobs for on all leading jobs boards, local jobs boards, industry specific job board and press that is relevant to the location and type of job saving them hundreds of ££’s instantly and time knowing their job is getting as much coverage as possible without them paying us any fee for the advertising. But that’s not the whole story to re-invent the recruitment agency we had to dig a lot deeper and make some hard decisions.
