Ufurria

Ufurria is a brand of luxury faux fur fashion accessories that's all about putting the fun into fashion. Products are made in the UK by a Social Enterprise that supports disadvantaged women. The concept originated when my my grandmother bought me a furry jacket from a charity sale when I was a teenager. I wore the jacket for a while before cutting out the sleeves. I turned the jacket into a gilet, but what to do with the redundant sleeves? I pulled them on over my jeans and created my first pair of furry leggings. For years I wore those leggings every winter and got lots of comments. My husband joked that I should bring them to market. But I had no idea how and even less confidence to try! To cut a very long story short, in 2015 I was introduced to an amazing fashion designer who also runs an incredible Social Enterprise. She helped me to turn my one product idea into a range of 12 items and in 2017 we launched the first collection. We sell into independent boutiques and boutique online stores. We are also entering the winter wedding market with a collection of beautiful accessories for brides.
