We believe that people living with a disability deserve every opportunity to live a self-determined strong life of confidence and pride, thriving in their community. uLaunch has a Board of Directors with multiple members who are people living with disability. Our staff are also now made up of more than 60% people living with disability, chronic illness or injury.
