Since May 1998, Undercurrent Restaurant has been at the top of the list in elegant dining in downtown Greensboro. Since relocating in 2006, our new location is very close to the downtown Marriott Hotel and the new Grasshoppers’ baseball stadium. The address is 327 Battleground Avenue. This exceptional location offers a beautiful bar area that more than triples the size of the old location's bar. Opening with the restaurant at 11:30 am with our lunch menu, the bar welcomes you all day long by offering drinks and appetizers in the afternoon then through the evening when our full dinner menu is available. Our dining room is spacious and warm with semi private banquettes, large tables, and comfortable seating. We have a beautiful open air kitchen showcasing what we do best. Our private dining room, the Wagner Room with it's state of the art Audio-Visual equipment, offers tucked away dining for your most important business functions. It is a lovely environment for family gatherings, wedding rehearsals, and any reason to enjoy the very comfortable accommodations. Our dinner hours of operation are Monday through Wednesday 5:30-9:00, Thursday through Saturday 5:30-9:30.
