Uniq Initiative

UNiQ Initiative was founded in 2023 to fully embrace Modern Methods of Construction in Australia. UNiQ Initiative acts as a conduit between modular manufacturers and clients. At UNiQ Initiative we have the ability to deliver homes annually within 8-20 weeks via our range of international and domestic modular manufacturer partners. UNiQ Initiative is a specialist modular housing delivery partner with capacity to deliver homes annually in Australia. The business established to rethink how workforce accommodation is delivered in Australia. Our model was founded on the idea that housing for major construction projects particularly in regional and remote areas, can and should deliver lasting benefits to the communities in which it is located. Today, we operate across two core service streams, delivering a range of housing types including residential, apartments, First Nations housing, SDA/SIL, aged care, crisis, tourism, community, public, and workforce accommodation. Construction Workforce Accommodation We deliver high-quality, modular workforce accommodation with full-service village infrastructure, managing the entire project lifecycle from design to reuse. Our model prioritises early engagement and long-term community benefit, creating jobs, closing service gaps, and designing housing for future local use. Impact Housing Solutions We deliver high-quality permanent modular housing to Australians that need it most. We connect housing needs with funding pathways through our expertise in community services, government programs, and housing delivery. And most importantly we can do it at scale, taking a step towards resolving Australia's housing crisis.
