The first stage of work typically takes the form of a consultancy service to define the opportunity and develop a plan to win with a very targeted strategy. We then support your sales execution by taking a hands-on approach which can range from a fully outsourced sales and marketing service through to a coaching and mentoring role. We will also set up systems and processes to ensure your new initiative is scaleable, and can ultimately be managed by an internal team.
