UpTern Global is a cultural exchange program with a focus on making internships simple for both host organizations and participants. We provide: • Pre-screened candidates with academic competency and English language proficiency; • Candidates are recent grads, many with graduate degrees and previous internship and/or work experience. Many people outside US actually work while in school in their field of study; • Flexible hiring schedule not limited to the rigid university semester schedule - tell us the start date you desire and we will provide; • Long-term internship placements which last from up to 12 months. The actual length is the company's choice, however, we ask for a minimum of 6 months if possible; • Just like a college or university, we secure visa sponsorship and manage the visa process for the interns ensuring compliance with Department of State Regulations and US immigration; • Personalized support for host organizations and interns throughout the duration of the program; • Provide housing for interns and monitor their progress; Our candidates are recent graduates with degrees in Engineering, Computer Science and Business Administration.
