Since 1967, the Utah Global Diplomacy has been a qualified 501-c-3 corporation whose mission is to promote respect and understanding between the people of Utah and other nations. We believe in the concept of Citizen Diplomacy - the concept that as citizens we have the right - even the responsibility - to help shape U.S. foreign relations "one handshake at a time." Our flagship program is the International Visitor Leadership Program administered by the U.S. Department of State.
