Va Lighthouse

The focus of my work at VA Lighthouse is simple ~ to bring order and intelligence to the small business world. My clients are good at what they do and have a passion for their work. But often they don’t know a lot about how to operate a business efficiently. That's where I come in. I step in to work with these people and their senior staff to create straightforward processes and pull together the pieces they need to run the business well. As a result, the business grows, they start making more money, and the owner is both less stressed, and more able to focus on doing what they do best.
