We are a people operations consultancy, specializing in partnerships with venture-backed companies. We typically take on projects that last between three and six months, and help our clients with whatever they need organizationally. That might involve putting in place HR systems and processes, spinning up or scaling internal recruitment functions, making critical hires (with a focus on tech/GTM) or improving onboarding processes. Our ultimate goal is to work ourselves out of a job by hiring and onboarding our permanent replacement, ensuring the companies we work with are set up for long-term success.
