Veterans Transition Network
A national non-profit initiative created to help re-integrate Canadian veterans with their families and communities. We offer unique group-based Veteran Transition Programs (VTPs), giving Vets a place to help each other through the process of overcoming symptoms of trauma and other obstacles in the way of moving towards meaningful civilian employment. Refined through 20 years of research, the VTPs have helped over 800 veterans work past PTSD, find fulfilling careers and rebuild relationships with spouses, partners, families, and children.
