The current scenario in Vietnam sees a rising unemployment rate, accompanied by a significant gap between the quality of newly trained human resources and the demand for high-caliber personnel in the labor market. This gap is most acutely felt by disadvantaged youth, those facing extreme challenges, rural and remote residents, ethnic minorities, individuals in island and border areas, and other vulnerable members of society. Regrettably, these groups encounter limited access to quality educational opportunities, technology, skill development, job prospects, and career advancement compared to their urban counterparts. In response to this pressing issue, Viet Hoi Nhap Human Resource Development Company (Viet Hoi Nhap) was established in 2022 with the goal of pioneering innovative solutions.**Vision:** Viet Hoi Nhap was founded with the vision that, by 2050, every young Vietnamese individual will have access to high-quality education, training, and employment opportunities.**Mission:** Our mission comprises two crucial objectives- Elevating the overall quality of the workforce in Vietnam- Narrowing the educational and employment gaps experienced by vulnerable youths, those in particularly dire straits, individuals residing in remote areas, island and border regions, and other disadvantaged segments of society. Our aim is to bridge this divide and provide equal opportunities to those facing adversity, enabling them to realize their potential and contribute positively to society.
