VIP CCW Services is a law-enforcement-owned and operated training company specializing in California CCW permit instruction, firearms safety, and multi-state concealed carry certification. Founded in 2015, all VIP CCW instructors hold sworn law-enforcement positions or teach at accredited police academies. Each instructor is certified by the California Department of Justice (DOJ) through the Firearms Certification System, ensuring that every course meets or exceeds standards established under PC 26165 and SB2. We are an authorized training provider for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Orange County Sheriff’s Department, Kern County Sheriff’s Department, and San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. Our courses include classroom and live-fire components designed to help you meet local and state CCW requirements safely and confidently. Upon completing your training, you will receive a Shooting Proficiency Standards Form and Certificate of Completion — both required documents for your CCW permit application. Submit these to the issuing agency to finalize your permit approval.
