Betsy Lydle Smith, prinicipal and owner of Virtues Training, has been a Virtues Project Facilitator since 1991. She is an internationally known expert in The Virtues Project. She has taught hundreds of educators how to transform the learning environment to one of excellence, respect, peacefulness, and integrity. Working in the Northwest U.S, nationally and internationally to transform organizations and individuals.
