At Vision R&D we specialize in high-quality services for physicochemical analysis, preclinical evaluation, clinical trials and research and development of ophthalmic products. We provide end-to-end conformity assessment evaluation to ensure safety, efficiency and quality of the products tested. Founded as a spin-off from the University of Valladolid and based at the Instituto Universitario de Oftalmobiología Aplicada (IOBA), has enabled us to advance and promote a research environment adapted to the latest technologies. With over 20 years of experience and the use of advanced technology laboratories, we provide accurate solutions in ophthalmic product evaluation and research services for pharmaceuticals and medical devices. This dedication to excellence has earned us the Innovative SME seal of approval. Our multidisciplinary team is highly qualified in verification and validation of chemical analysis, performed and development of in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo models, and regulatory of ophthalmic products. In addition, we stand out in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving purification systems, and designing delivery mechanisms for pharmaceutical products. Additionally, we conduct tailored research and development studies. Our unique Controlled Environment Laboratory (CELab) represents a groundbreaking facility in global research. Equipped with advanced technology, it ensures unmatched quality and precision, allowing us to conduct clinical trials with smallest necessary number of patient while maintaining statistically robust and reliable results.
