Vivaio Empower

Hey there! We're a group of high school seniors from sunny Southern California, and we've got a mission: connecting digitally with kids in underprivileged parts of the world. We're funding and setting up the tech, having weekly sessions, and exposing them to all sorts of cool topics delivered by our team and special guests. We want to inspire them, spark their creativity, and learn from them—one school at a time. This whole adventure kicked off thanks to Alexis Stamatelopoulos, our founder, back in November 2023. He raised the first funds via GoFundMe, and by March 2024, he was on a plane to Uganda to set up the first computer lab and digital connection with a school in Kabale. His dedication quickly caught the interest of a few classmates. Now, we’re a thriving club with four founding members and two more schools in the pipeline. We aim to inspire more of our schoolmates to join our mission, raise more funds, set up more tech, and inspire more kids. Stay tuned for more exciting progress!
