Voice Perfect was founded in 1990 specialising in the manufacture and support of centralized dictation systems, our customer base being “blue chip” retail finance concerns. During the early 1990’s our customers’ requirements for professional queuing and customer announcing systems led us to develop our highly successful products SCAS® and Talk-2®. These products are now installed, commissioned, supported and maintained by us across a wide UK customer base, such as the O2 entertainment dome and including major transport systems such as London Underground and Network Rail. Voice Perfect has recently developed the Scheduled Customer Announcement System (SCAS®) to address the requirements of the airport industry. SCAS®-Air was launched at the UK’s Airport Operators Association (AOA) in 2008 and has received favourable comments from many in the industry. The first SCAS®-Air systems have been installed at East Midlands Airport in the UK and the new LLeida Airport in Spain. We continue to support the ever changing needs of the industry
