We manually squeeze Greek citrus fruits, grate lemon zest, and peel and grate ginger for every drink. Freshness We carefully select citrus fruits from organic Greek crops on a daily basis, ensuring that they are picked at the optimal level of ripeness that occurs naturally under the Greek sun.
